Kids Kampus’ Pre-Kindergarten Curriculum

Our pre-kindergarten curriculum is designed to enhance your child’s sociability and cognitive skills. They will also be able to work with other kids through our fun group activities and prepare for Kindergarten. Our Pre-Kindergarten class goes on multiple field trips throughout the year to various places throughout our community.

Here’s Our Daily Schedule for the Pre-Kindergarten Classroom

Note: Children arriving before 7:15 a.m. will join the school-age class for free play.
  • 7:15 a.m.-8:15 a.m.: Children eat their breakfast while patiently waiting for their friends to arrive.
  • 8:15 a.m.-9:00 a.m.: Bathroom break. Children will group for circle time.
  • 9:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m.: Children will do activities related to art and dramatic play.
  • 9:30 a.m.-10:15 a.m.: Children will do activities related to science, math, and language arts.
  • 10:15 a.m.-10:45 a.m.: Children go to the playground outside or do large motor skills activities indoors.
  • 10:45 a.m.-11:00 a.m.: Bathroom break.
  • 11:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.: Family-style lunch is served.
  • 11:30 a.m.-11:45 a.m.: Children will brush their teeth and wash their hands and face.
  • 11:45 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: Bathroom break.
  • 12:00 p.m.-2:15 p.m.: Most children will take a nap. They can also do quiet activities.
  • 2:15 p.m.-2:45 p.m.: Bathroom break. A healthy snack is also served.
  • 2:45 p.m.-3:15 p.m.: Children go to the playground outside or do gross motor skills activities indoors.
  • 3:15 p.m.-3:30 p.m.: Bathroom break.
  • 3:30 p.m.-4:15 p.m.: Free play! Children can play on their own or with friends.
  • 4:15 p.m.-5:45 p.m.: Children may finish the day in other classrooms as teachers prepare to go home.
